Genese Rogers

Genese’s primary role at Home Care with Edna Earl is to provide exemplary organizational leadership. Her goals are to promote financial integrity and assist with economic growth and development of the agency.

After completing her undergraduate degree, Genese moved to the New Jersey/New York metro area to work for one of the Big 4 accounting firms, Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC), where she soon became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). After transferring to the DC metro area, Genese made the decision to leave PWC to join the George Washington University Medical Faculty Associated where she became Accounting Manager. Simultaneously, she earned a Master of Accountancy. Wanting to take her education to the next level, Genese is currently a full-time student at Morgan State University, in pursuit of a doctoral degree in accounting.

In her limited spare time, Genese simply enjoys relaxing. Whether it’s through a yoga class or on a beach with her loving husband and wonderful son, re-energizing is a much needed and appreciated activity.
